Safe way to gain weight?
I'm 22 yrs old and I went thru a period of depression, and I dropped my weight down to 135 lbs in 1 month I went back up to 155lbs my goal is 165 I've been weight lifting and running I just wanted to know if anyone had any tips on and does anyone know any way of using HGH or better yet said how long into my workout routine b4 i can take hgh???????????????THX for any help

The safest way to gain weight is by adding alot of carbs to your diet...breads, pasta, potatoes, rice. That will add weight but not unhealthy fat. You should also check into your local nutrition store (Smoothie King, GNC) and they have some helpful advice and products available.

Really? You're just going to go straight for the steroids? And you're asking for a safe way to gain weight? Just eat a lot of decent food, and lift more than you run for maximum gains. Also, try protein supplementation, or maybe creatine if you want.
